About W Lorentz Construction

Wendell continued to grow his company over the next 20 years doing residential construction around the Greater Mankato area. During that time, Wendell worked alongside his immediate family to build a foundation that would lead to growth in the generations and years to follow.

In the 1980s, Wendell’s son, Robert, took over the company and continued to grow the company that his father had started. He began to expand the business by adding additional pieces of equipment and had a shop built to house and service the equipment. Robert has continued to build on his reputation of hard work and providing customers with high-quality services.

Today, W Lorentz Construction is a third-generation, locally owned company, run by a father and son duo, Robert and Andrew Lorentz. Currently, W Lorentz Construction employs employees across the upper Midwest, including several family members year-round. 

From earthwork and utilities in the summer to snow removal in the winter, we cover it all. We have completed work in areas covering Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
